 Hello! This is a picture of me at the Laughter Yoga Training in May 2009.
My name is Jodi Hart. I found out about Laughter Yoga in February 2009 and I enjoyed it so much I decided to get certified as a Laughter Yoga Leader myself. I went to Kansas City and was lucky enough to be trained by Sebastien Gendry, director of The American School of Laughter Yoga. I have been conducting 2 Laughter Clubs weekly since then and I am ready to laugh with you and your group.
I am available for Laughter Yoga programs of all kinds. Please consider me for a program or a Laughter Yoga session! This is great for the workplace, social or business clubs, birthday parties, schools, libraries, hospitals ..the possibilities are endless!
Programs can be as short as 20 minutes or up to 90 minutes at a very reasonable price.
